Driving in Malta

Anyone holding a full and valid E.U. driving licence, who is over the age of 18 may drive in Malta until the expiry date of that licence.

Driving is on the left. You should familiarise yourself with the driving legislation of Malta.

Use of mobile phones when driving is prohibited. Wearing of seatbelts is compulsory for both front and rear seated passengers.
